Elevate Physiotherapy welcomes everyone from the elite athlete to those who enjoy being active in everyday living. Whether competing in recreational sport or simply wanting to increase mobility and fitness levels in day-to-day activities, we can offer advice on treatment, exercise prescription and self-management programs that will return you to your optimal level of activity.

Elevate Physiotherapy's clinics are conveniently located in the centre of Jindabyne, within the High Country Fitness Gym and inside the Perisher Valley Medical Centre in the Skitube building, Perisher Valley. Patients of Elevate Physiotherapy Jindabyne have access to the first-class facilities of the gym in order to maximise their rehabilitation outcomes.

Our therapists are committed to ongoing education in order to apply the very latest in techniques, research and evidence-based treatment. We combine hands-on therapy with individual exercise prescription to assist people of all ages to return to their pre-injury level of mobility and fitness.
